What happens if you miss a session

A missed session means you did not attend a booked session.

This may also be called a no-show.

If you know you cannot attend

Try to reschedule or cancel before the session starts.

You can do this from My Sessions if the option is still available.

What may happen if you miss a session

If you miss a session:

1. The session may still be marked as completed or missed
2. You will not receive a refund
3. The Specialist may report the missed session

Refunds depend on the booking rules and timing.

How to avoid missing a session

You can:

1. Add the session to your calendar
2. Check the time zone
3. Review the session details in My Sessions
4. Reschedule early if needed
