You can manage your booked sessions from My Sessions.
If your plans change, you may be able to reschedule or cancel your session.
How to reschedule a session
- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select My Sessions.
- Open the session you want to change.
- Look for the reschedule option.
- Choose a new available time.
- Review the new details.
- Confirm the change.
Your updated session should show in My Sessions.
How to cancel a session
- Go to My Sessions.
- Open the session you want to cancel.
- Select the cancel option.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Before you cancel
Check the session details before you cancel.
Some payments or refunds may depend on timing and the Specialist’s booking rules.
If you do not see an option
Some sessions may be too close to the start time to change online.
