After a WellPro session ends, you can rate the experience, report an attendance problem, or report a safety or conduct concern. These actions serve different purposes.
Rate a completed session
- Open My Sessions.
- Select the completed session.
- Choose Rate this session.
- Confirm whether the session happened.
- If it did, complete the available ratings.
- Add optional written feedback.
- Submit your rating.
You can submit one rating for the session.
Selecting No, we did not meet closes the rating request. It does not open a refund claim.
Report that the Specialist did not attend
Attendance claims must be submitted within 72 hours after the session was completed.
- Open the completed session.
- Choose Report this session.
- Select Specialist did not attend.
- Review the statement and confirm that the information is accurate.
- Submit the report.
WellPro pauses the Specialist’s payout for that session while the claim is reviewed.
If the report is confirmed, you receive a full refund and the Specialist does not receive the session earnings. If it is dismissed, the Specialist’s payout resumes on its normal schedule.
After the 72-hour window closes, contact support@wellpro.io for help.
Report that you could not attend
Select Report this session → I could not attend within 72 hours. This records a Seeker no-show and does not provide a refund.
Report another concern
Use Report a concern for safety, conduct, or other session-related issues. This option remains available after the attendance window closes.
A concern report does not automatically pause a payout or issue a refund. WellPro reviews it separately from attendance claims.
