After a WellPro session ends, you can rate the experience, report an attendance problem, or report a safety or conduct concern. These actions serve different purposes.

Rate a completed session

  1. Open My Sessions.
  2. Select the completed session.
  3. Choose Rate this session.
  4. Confirm whether the session happened.
  5. If it did, complete the available ratings.
  6. Add optional written feedback.
  7. Submit your rating.

You can submit one rating for the session.

Selecting No, we did not meet closes the rating request. It does not open a refund claim.

Report that the Specialist did not attend

Attendance claims must be submitted within 72 hours after the session was completed.

  1. Open the completed session.
  2. Choose Report this session.
  3. Select Specialist did not attend.
  4. Review the statement and confirm that the information is accurate.
  5. Submit the report.

WellPro pauses the Specialist’s payout for that session while the claim is reviewed.

If the report is confirmed, you receive a full refund and the Specialist does not receive the session earnings. If it is dismissed, the Specialist’s payout resumes on its normal schedule.

After the 72-hour window closes, contact support@wellpro.io for help.

Report that you could not attend

Select Report this session → I could not attend within 72 hours. This records a Seeker no-show and does not provide a refund.

Report another concern

Use Report a concern for safety, conduct, or other session-related issues. This option remains available after the attendance window closes.

A concern report does not automatically pause a payout or issue a refund. WellPro reviews it separately from attendance claims.
