Booking context gives a Specialist a little background about what you want from a session. Adding it is optional and does not affect whether you can complete a booking.
What you can share
During booking, you may be asked about:
- Your current or short-term focus
- Your readiness
- What you hope to get from the session
- General notes for the Specialist
Share only information that is relevant to the upcoming session.
Booking context is not an emergency or medical-intake service. Do not use it to request urgent help or submit full medical records.
Who can see your answers
Your booking-context answers are visible only to:
- You
- The Specialist booked for that session
They are not displayed on your public profile or shared with other Specialists you contact.
Add context during booking
- Select a service and available time.
- Continue to the booking-context step.
- Answer any questions you want to complete.
- Leave optional questions blank if you prefer.
- Review your answers before confirming the booking.
Your submitted answers appear with the session details under My Sessions.
Save default booking context
You can save default information for future bookings:
- Sign in to WellPro.
- Open Settings.
- Find your booking-context preferences.
- Add your short-term focus, readiness, or general notes.
- Save your changes.
Saved preferences may be added automatically when you begin a future booking. Review them each time and remove anything that is outdated or unrelated to that session.
Update information after booking
Booking-context answers cannot be edited after the session is confirmed.
If something changes or you need to clarify an answer, open the session under My Sessions and message the Specialist through WellPro.
Do not send emergency requests through Messages. Contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource if you need immediate help.
