Protect your sign-in information, limit the sensitive information you share, and use WellPro’s reporting options when something does not feel right.

WellPro uses security and moderation measures to protect the platform, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

Protect your account

Take these steps to reduce the risk of unauthorized access:

  1. Use a strong password that you do not use for another account.
  2. Do not share your password or sign-in link.
  3. Sign out when using a shared or public device.
  4. Keep your account email and contact information current.
  5. Review unexpected account, payment, or booking activity.
  6. Do not provide account information in response to an unexpected message.
  7. Confirm that WellPro emails and links come from a legitimate WellPro source.

WellPro support will not ask you to send your password, full payment-card number, or card security code by email or chat.

Report unauthorized access

If you believe someone accessed your account:

  1. Change your password if you can still sign in.
  2. Review your profile, messages, bookings, and payment activity.
  3. Contact support@wellpro.io promptly.
  4. Contact your bank or card provider if you notice an unauthorized charge.

WellPro may request identity verification, reset account credentials, or temporarily restrict access while reviewing a security concern.

Limit sensitive information

Only provide information needed for the feature you are using.

Do not submit unnecessary:

  1. Medical records or detailed health histories
  2. Government identification numbers
  3. Payment-card or bank-account details
  4. Passwords or security codes
  5. Private information about another person
  6. Specialist clinical or treatment records

WellPro is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. Information submitted through WellPro is not necessarily protected by HIPAA.

Specialists should not use WellPro as a replacement for a clinical record system or another secure system required by their profession.

Understand what may be public

Information you choose to publish may be visible to other users, search engines, or the public.

Public information may include:

  1. Specialist profile information
  2. Services and prices
  3. Credentials and professional experience
  4. Articles and other published content
  5. Reviews or testimonials
  6. Public responses or shared profile material

Review information before publishing it. Removing content from WellPro may not remove copies previously accessed, shared, indexed, or stored by another service.

Information shared during an interaction

When you contact or book a Specialist, WellPro may share the information needed to support that interaction.

Information you later provide directly to the Specialist, through an external form, website, booking system, or service, is handled independently by that Specialist or third-party provider. Review their privacy practices before providing sensitive information.

Payment-card and bank-account details are generally collected directly by payment processors such as Stripe.

WellPro may receive limited transaction and payment-status information.

Stay safe when communicating or meeting

When using WellPro:

  1. Keep early communication in WellPro Messages when practical.
  2. Review the Specialist’s profile and service details before booking.
  3. Confirm the location and format of the session.
  4. Do not send money through an unapproved method for a WellPro booking.
  5. Do not accept requests for romantic, sexual, unlawful, or unrelated contact.
  6. Stop communicating if someone threatens, pressures, harasses, or exploits you.
  7. Report suspected fraud, credential problems, unsafe conduct, or impersonation.

Seekers and Specialists must communicate respectfully and use the platform only for legitimate wellness and business purposes.

Report a safety or conduct concern

Use the available reporting option in the relevant message or session when possible. You can also contact support@wellpro.io.

Include:

  1. The name of the person or profile involved
  2. What happened
  3. The date and approximate time
  4. The related booking or conversation
  5. Screenshots or other supporting information, when available

Do not alter relevant messages or records before submitting your report.

WellPro may review available information, request more details, preserve relevant records, remove content, restrict features, pause bookings or payouts, hide a profile, or suspend an account when appropriate.

A safety report is separate from an attendance-related refund claim. Submit any refund or no-show claim through the designated booking flow within the applicable deadline.

Emergencies and immediate danger

WellPro does not provide emergency or crisis services.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger:

  1. Call 911 or your local emergency number.
  2. Contact local law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate.
  3. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or mental health crisis support.

Do not wait for WellPro support to respond during an emergency.

Manage your privacy choices

You may be able to update certain personal information and communication preferences in your account settings.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action involving your personal information.

Email privacy@wellpro.io and describe the request you want to make. WellPro may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority.

An account-deletion request may not remove records that WellPro is permitted or required to retain for payments, taxes, fraud prevention, safety reviews, disputes, or legal compliance.
