Use WellPro Messages for relevant, respectful communication about Specialists, services, and bookings.
Messages are not an emergency service or a secure medical-record system.
Protect your information
Do not send:
- Passwords or login codes
- Full payment-card or bank information
- Government identification numbers
- Complete medical records
- Information unrelated to the conversation
- Photos or details you do not want the recipient to retain
Share only what the other user reasonably needs to answer your question or prepare for a booked session.
Messages that are not allowed
Do not use WellPro Messages for:
- Harassment or threats
- Sexual requests, sexual misconduct, or unwanted sexual content
- Discrimination or hateful conduct
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive offers
- Spam or unauthorized promotion
- Requests to falsify credentials, reviews, payments, or booking records
- Illegal or unsafe activity
Sexual misconduct may result in immediate account termination.
How automated moderation works
Messages sent by Specialists may be automatically reviewed after they are sent.
Automated moderation does not prevent delivery. It may flag a message for WellPro review. A limited excerpt and the moderation decision may be retained for safety and audit purposes.
Automated tools can make mistakes. WellPro may review the available context before taking account action.
Report a message or conversation
- Open Messages.
- Select the conversation.
- Choose the report or abuse option.
- Select the reason that best describes the concern.
- Add relevant details.
- Submit the report.
Do not continue engaging if doing so feels unsafe.
WellPro may review the reported conversation and take action allowed by its policies, including warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Report a concern about a session
For safety or conduct concerns connected to a completed appointment, you may also use My Sessions → Report this session → Report a concern.
This is separate from reporting that someone did not attend.
Emergencies and immediate danger
Do not use WellPro Messages to request emergency help.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 911. For a suicide or mental health crisis, call or text 988.
