Category: Finding & Matching
Audience: Seekers
WellPro uses information from your account and Specialist profiles to order personalized recommendations.
Matching helps you discover potentially relevant Specialists, but it does not replace reviewing their qualifications, services, and approach.
Information used for recommendations
WellPro may consider:
- Your wellness goals
- Your saved city and state
- A Specialist’s modalities and specialties
- A Specialist’s service area
- Information from your Wellness Map
How compatibility is used
Wellness Map compatibility focuses on areas such as preferences, values, and approach.
Compatibility works behind the scenes. WellPro does not display a percentage or compatibility label to Seekers.
A higher position in your recommendations does not guarantee that the Specialist is right for you or that a service will produce a particular result.
When recommendations are broader
If your account has limited preference information or there are not enough close matches, WellPro may include other active or featured Specialists.
Featured recommendations are not paid placement. Specialists cannot purchase a higher position in matching results.
Recommendations and directory results are different
Personalized recommendations appear in signed-in areas such as your dashboard.
The public Specialist directory uses its own search and filters. You can always browse the directory instead of relying only on personalized recommendations.
Review before booking
Before contacting or booking a Specialist, review their:
- Credentials
- Modalities and specialties
- Services and prices
- Approach
- Location and service format
- Testimonials and reviews
- Booking and cancellation information
Matching is a discovery tool. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of professional suitability.
