How to improve your Specialist recommendations

Keep your Seeker account information current to help WellPro order recommendations around your present goals, location, and wellness preferences.

Update your wellness goals

Sign in to WellPro.
Open Settings.
Find Goals and Services.
Review your selected wellness goals.
Add or remove goals as needed.
Save your changes.

Choose goals that reflect what matters to you now. Broad or outdated selections may produce less focused recommendations.

Check your location

Under Settings → About You, confirm that your city and state are current.

Your saved location may help WellPro identify Specialists serving your area. It is separate from the browser location used by Near Me.

Complete or update your Wellness Map

The optional Wellness Map helps WellPro understand your preferences, values, and approach to wellness.

To update it:

Open Settings.
Select Wellness Map.
Complete the questionnaire.
Review and save the new result.

Your results remain private and work behind the scenes to influence recommendation order.

Review other preferences

You can also update preferred services and practice preferences in Settings.

Some preferences, such as same-day booking, superbills, virtual services, or LGBTQ+ affirming practices, may not currently affect every dashboard recommendation or directory search. Confirm those details on each Specialist’s profile.

Use direct search when needed

Personalized recommendations are one way to discover Specialists. You can also:

Browse Find Specialists
Use directory filters
Use Near Me
Ask Vea a specific search question
Review saved Specialist profiles

Updating your account may change future recommendations. It does not guarantee that a particular Specialist will appear.
