How to find and filter Specialists

Use the WellPro Specialist directory to search active public profiles and narrow the results based on what you need.

Open the Specialist directory

Go to Find Specialists.
Browse the available Specialist profiles.
Use search or filters to narrow the results.
Select a Specialist to open their full public profile.

You do not need to sign in to browse public Specialist profiles.

Search by name or specialty

Enter a Specialist’s name, modality, or area of focus in the search field.

Try a broader term if the first search does not return useful results. For example, search for a modality such as massage therapy, acupuncture, fitness training, nutrition, yoga, or meditation.

Use directory filters

Available filters may include:

Specialty or modality
Insurance acceptance
Virtual or telehealth services

You can use more than one filter when the options are compatible.

Some preferences saved in your account, such as same-day booking, superbills, mobile services, or LGBTQ+ affirming practices, may not currently affect directory results. Review the Specialist’s profile to confirm those details.

Review a Specialist profile

A public profile may include:

Professional summary and biography
Modalities and specialties
Credentials and verification information
Services, prices, and booking options
Virtual or in-person availability
Benefits and frequently asked questions
Testimonials and imported reviews
Educational articles
Contact and booking actions

Read the full profile before deciding whether to message or book.

If no Specialists appear

Try:

Removing one or more filters
Using a broader specialty term
Checking for virtual services
Using Near Me to order profiles by distance
Returning later as new Specialists join WellPro
