WellPro’s content tools help you turn your professional knowledge into educational articles that can appear on your public Specialist profile.

Open your content dashboard

  1. Sign in to WellPro.
  2. Go to your Specialist dashboard.
  3. Select Content or Content Management.
  4. Review your draft and published articles.

From this area, you can create an article, continue editing a draft, preview your work, or manage content you have already published.

Create an article

  1. Open Content Management.
  2. Select the option to create a new article.
  3. Add your title and introductory content.
  4. Write or add the main article content.
  5. Add a hero image and any requested excerpts.
  6. Preview the article.
  7. Save it as a draft or submit it for publication.

Save your work as a draft if you are not ready to publish.

Use the AI writing assistant

WellPro may offer an AI-assisted draft tool inside the article editor. You can use it to develop a starting draft based on the topic and information you provide.

Review and edit all AI-assisted content before publishing. You are responsible for confirming that:

  1. The information is accurate.
  2. The article reflects your real qualifications and experience.
  3. Any claims are appropriate for your profession and scope of practice.
  4. The language does not promise specific health outcomes.
  5. Sources and citations are included when needed.
  6. Private client information has not been included.

The writing assistant supports your process. It does not replace your professional judgment.

Preview your article

Use the preview option to check:

  1. The title and introduction
  2. Heading and paragraph formatting
  3. The hero image
  4. Readability
  5. Spelling and grammar
  6. How the article represents your expertise

Review the complete article before publishing.

Content review and moderation

WellPro reviews articles when they are submitted for publication. An article may be blocked if it contains prohibited, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise unacceptable content.

If your article is blocked, WellPro may show the reason and suggest changes. Correct the identified issues and try publishing again.

Content review may look for issues such as:

  1. Unsupported or misleading health claims
  2. Diagnoses or treatment promises outside your scope
  3. Dangerous instructions
  4. Discriminatory, abusive, or sexually explicit material
  5. Private or identifying client information
  6. Spam or unrelated promotional content
  7. Copyright infringement or content copied without permission

WellPro’s review does not confirm the clinical, legal, or professional accuracy of your article. You remain responsible for the content you publish.

Where published articles appear

Published articles may appear:

  1. In the WellPro content library
  2. On your public Specialist profile
  3. In relevant search or recommendation results
  4. In WellPro’s educational content experiences

Publishing educational content can help Seekers understand your knowledge, approach, and areas of focus before contacting or booking you.

Edit or manage an article

Return to Content Management to search, filter, and review your articles.

Depending on the article’s status, you may be able to:

  1. Continue editing a draft
  2. Preview the article
  3. Update published content
  4. Review its publication status
  5. View its performance in the Growth Hub

Review older articles periodically and update information that is no longer accurate.

Content responsibilities

Only publish content that you have the right to use. Do not include:

  1. A client’s name, image, story, or identifying details without proper permission
  2. Images or written material you do not own or have permission to use
  3. False credentials or experience
  4. Guarantees of healing, treatment, or results
  5. Instructions that could create a safety risk
  6. Content that violates professional rules or applicable law

If you are unsure whether a statement falls within your permitted scope, review the rules for your profession before publishing it.

If you cannot create or publish an article

Try the following:

  1. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Specialist account.
  2. Save the article as a draft and refresh the page.
  3. Review any moderation message shown.
  4. Remove unsupported claims or prohibited content.
  5. Confirm that all required sections are complete.
  6. Try again from a current browser.

Contact support@wellpro.io if the problem continues. Include your account email, the article title, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send private client information.
