Where to find your booked sessions

You can find your booked sessions in My Sessions.

This is where you can view upcoming and past sessions.

What you can see in My Sessions

You may be able to see:

1. The Specialist you booked with
2. The service name
3. The session date and time
4. The session status
5. Payment status
6. Calendar options
7. Message options
8. Cancel or reschedule options

How to find your sessions

1. Log in to your WellPro account.
2. Go to your dashboard.
3. Select My Sessions.
4. Choose the session you want to view.

Open a session to see more details.

If your session is not showing

Try refreshing the page.

Make sure you are logged in with the same email you used to book.

If you still do not see the session, contact WellPro support.
