You can view your upcoming appointments in the Growth Hub.


This helps you keep track of booked sessions and client details.


Where to find appointments


  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Select Growth Hub.
  4. Open the Appointments section.
  5. Choose the appointment you want to view.


What you may see


An appointment may show:


  1. Client name
  2. Service name
  3. Date and time
  4. Session status
  5. Payment status
  6. Session notes
  7. Message option
  8. Cancel option


How to manage an appointment


From the appointment details, you may be able to:


  1. Review session notes
  2. Message the client
  3. Check payment details
