Your weekly schedule tells WellPro when Seekers can book with you.

Buffer time adds space between sessions.

Why your schedule matters

Your schedule helps WellPro show available times to Seekers.

If your schedule is not set, Seekers may not be able to book with you through WellPro.

How to set your weekly schedule

  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Select Manage Expert Profile.
  4. Find the Schedule section to set your schedule.
  5. Choose the days you are available.
  6. Add your start and end times.
  7. Mark any closed days.
  8. Select Save.

What buffer time means

Buffer time is a short break between sessions.

For example, if you add a 15-minute buffer, WellPro will leave 15 minutes between booked sessions.

This can help you reset, write notes, or prepare for the next client.

How to choose buffer time

Set your buffer time on the booking settings section in your Business Settings.

Choose the amount of time that fits how you work.

You may be able to choose options like:

  1. No buffer
  2. 15 minutes
  3. 30 minutes
  4. 60 minutes
