Your rating helps WellPro learn how the session went.


It may also help future Seekers choose support with more confidence.


When you can rate a session


You can rate a session after it is complete.


You may see a rating option in My Sessions or receive a reminder after the session ends.


What you may be asked


You may be asked about:


  1. How the session felt
  2. If the Specialist was attentive
  3. If the service felt valuable
  4. If you would recommend the Specialist
  5. Any feedback you want to share


You can keep your feedback short.

How to rate a session


  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Select My Sessions.
  4. Open the completed session.
  5. Select the rating option.
  6. Answer the questions.
  7. Submit your rating.
