You may need to cancel an appointment if you cannot attend a booked session.
Try to cancel as early as possible so the client has time to adjust.
Where to cancel an appointment
- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select Growth Hub.
- Open the Appointments section.
- Choose the appointment you need to cancel.
- Select the cancel option.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Before you cancel
Check the appointment details first.
Make sure you are canceling the right session.
You may want to message the client with a short note, especially if the session is soon.
What happens after you cancel
After you cancel, the client may be notified.
The appointment status will change in WellPro.
If payment was made through WellPro, refund rules may apply.

Contact WellPro support if you cannot cancel the appointment or if something looks wrong.
