External booking links let Seekers book with you outside of WellPro.
This may be helpful if you already use another booking tool.
What an external booking link does
An external booking link sends Seekers to another website to book your service.
This may be a scheduling page, payment page, or checkout page you already use.
When to use an external booking link
You may want to use an external booking link if:
- You already have a booking system
- You want to manage bookings outside of WellPro
- You use your own payment process
- You do not want to use WellPro booking yet
How Seekers use the link
When a Seeker visits your profile, they can choose a service.
If that service uses an external link, WellPro may send them to your outside booking page.
The booking will happen on that outside site.
What to check
Make sure your external link:
- Starts with https://
- Goes to the correct service
- Shows the right price
- Shows the right session length
- Works on mobile
- Is easy for Seekers to use
Important note
Bookings made through an external link may not show in your WellPro appointments area.
You may need to manage those bookings in your outside booking tool.
