Audience: All users

WellPro uses AI-assisted tools to help users find information, receive support, create content, develop Specialist profiles, and maintain platform safety.

Some tools are opened and used by choice. Other automated checks operate as part of publishing, messaging, or Specialist profile setup.

Use the support assistant

WellPro’s support assistant can search the Help Center and help you create a support ticket.

To request help:

  1. Sign in to WellPro.
  2. Open the support assistant.
  3. Describe your question or problem.
  4. Review the suggested help information.
  5. Ask to create a ticket if you still need assistance.
  6. Confirm that you want the ticket submitted.

The assistant should ask for confirmation before creating a support ticket.

When a ticket is created, WellPro may store part of the support conversation with your ticket and connect it to your account email so the support team can respond.

Do not use the support assistant for emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number if you need immediate help.

Use Specialist AI-assisted tools

Specialists may have access to tools that assist with:

  1. Creating article drafts
  2. Reviewing tone or messaging
  3. Developing social content
  4. Building an Impact Blueprint
  5. Preparing profile language
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve a profile

These tools provide starting points and suggestions. Review every output before using or publishing it.

You remain responsible for confirming that the content:

  1. Accurately represents your qualifications and experience
  2. Stays within your professional scope
  3. Does not make unsupported health claims
  4. Does not guarantee results
  5. Does not expose private client information
  6. Follows applicable professional and legal requirements

How the Impact Blueprint uses AI

When you submit the Impact Blueprint form, WellPro uses your answers to develop positioning and messaging intended to make your work easier for potential clients to understand.

Generated information may be saved to your Specialist account and sent to you by email. Review and edit the language so it reflects how you actually work.

Automated profile assistance

WellPro may use automated tools during Specialist registration and profile setup.

If you provide a website address during registration, WellPro may review publicly available information from that website to help fill eligible, empty profile fields. It does not replace information you have already entered.

You can avoid the website-review process by not providing a website address.

After profile setup, WellPro may also add suggested information to certain empty profile fields. Review your profile before making it public and correct anything that does not accurately represent your practice.

These automated setup processes do not have separate in-product preference controls.

Automated content and message review

WellPro uses automated review tools to support platform safety.

  1. Published articles: Content is reviewed during publication and may be blocked when an issue is identified. You may receive reasons and suggested corrections.
  2. Specialist messages: Messages may be reviewed after they are sent. A message can be flagged for further review, but the automated check does not prevent delivery.

These reviews are part of the applicable platform process and cannot be turned off separately.

Automated review does not confirm that content is clinically, legally, or professionally accurate.

Information processed by AI tools

The information processed depends on the tool you use. It may include:

  1. Questions, instructions, or content you submit
  2. A limited amount of recent chat history
  3. Relevant public Specialist, article, or help-center information
  4. Impact Blueprint answers
  5. Draft profile or article content
  6. Public information from a website you provide

For Vea and the support assistant, WellPro does not include your account ID, email address, or account name in the information sent to the AI provider for a response.

Your email may still be used by WellPro when a support ticket is created. Information you type directly into an AI chat can also be processed by the AI provider.

Do not submit passwords, full payment details, government identification numbers, private client records, or information you do not want processed by an AI service.

Choosing whether to use AI

You choose whether to use tools such as:

  1. Vea
  2. The support assistant
  3. Specialist writing tools
  4. The Impact Blueprint form

You can continue using other WellPro features without opening these tools.

WellPro does not currently offer one setting that disables every AI-assisted process. Automated moderation and certain Specialist setup processes may still operate when the related platform feature is used.

If an AI-assisted tool is not working

Try the following:

  1. Confirm that you are signed in.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Shorten or reword your request.
  4. Save your work before trying again.
  5. Review any error or moderation message shown.
  6. Try again from a current browser.

Contact support@wellpro.io if the problem continues. Include your account email, the tool you were using, and a screenshot of the error. Do not include passwords, private health information, or full payment details.
