Audience: All users
Vea is WellPro’s AI-assisted wellness navigator. You can use it to find Specialists, explore educational articles, learn about supported wellness practices, and locate help-center information using everyday language.
Vea supports discovery and research. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment plans, or emergency assistance.
Open Vea
- Sign in to WellPro.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Open the Vea wellness chat.
- Enter your question or describe what you are looking for.
- Review the response and any Specialist, article, or help-center cards provided.
You choose whether to use Vea. It is not required to browse WellPro or book a session.
What you can ask
You can ask questions such as:
- “Help me find a massage therapist near me.”
- “What is the difference between acupuncture and massage therapy?”
- “Show me articles about improving flexibility.”
- “Find a Specialist who offers virtual sessions.”
- “How do I reschedule a WellPro appointment?”
- “Save this Specialist for me.”
Be specific about your preferences when they matter. You can mention a location, wellness goal, service format, or type of support you want.
How recommendations are selected
Vea searches WellPro’s Specialist profiles, educational articles, and help-center content for relevant information.
When available, Vea may also consider account information such as:
- Your wellness goals
- Preferred services
- Saved city and state
- Wellness Map information
- Selected practice preferences
These details can help organize the results. A recommendation does not guarantee that a Specialist is right for you or that a service will produce a particular outcome.
Review each Specialist’s credentials, services, approach, location, pricing, and booking information before making a decision.
Save a result
When Vea displays a Specialist or article card, you may be able to ask Vea to save it.
Saved Specialists and articles appear in your WellPro favorites, where you can review or remove them later.
Medical and emergency questions
Vea cannot:
- Diagnose a condition
- Recommend or change medication
- Prescribe treatment
- Replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional
- Determine whether you are experiencing a medical emergency
If your message appears to request medical advice, Vea may direct you to a qualified professional.
If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. If you are in the United States and experiencing a mental health or suicide crisis, call or text 988.
Do not wait for a response from Vea during an emergency.
Check AI-generated information
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Confirm important information by reviewing the linked profile, article, help-center page, or another reliable source.
Contact a Specialist directly if you have questions about their services, qualifications, availability, or approach.
Information used during a Vea chat
To respond, Vea may process:
- Your current message
- A limited amount of recent conversation history
- Relevant public Specialist, article, and help-center information

- Passwords
- Payment-card or bank information
- Government identification numbers
- Detailed medical records
- Information you do not want processed by an AI service
Vea conversations are maintained for the active chat session and are not stored in a dedicated AI-conversation history.
