The Wellness Map is an optional questionnaire that helps WellPro understand your preferences, values, and approach to wellness. WellPro uses the results to improve your Specialist matches.
How the Wellness Map works
Your answers create a primary and secondary Wellness Map result. WellPro compares these results with information from each Specialist’s Impact Blueprint to calculate compatibility.
Compatibility may be used alongside factors such as:
- Your wellness goals
- Preferred services
- Location
- Specialist credentials
- Specialist areas of focus
A compatibility result is a discovery tool. It does not guarantee that a Specialist will meet every need or that a particular service is right for you.
Complete your Wellness Map
You can complete the questionnaire during account setup or later:
- Sign in to WellPro.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Open Settings.
- Select Wellness Map.
- Answer the questions.
- Review and save your results.
You can also add a short description of your wellness vision.
Update your results
Return to Settings → Wellness Map if your preferences or goals change. Complete the questionnaire again and
save the new result.
Updated results may change the Specialists shown in your personalized recommendations.
Who can see your results
Your Wellness Map results are private to you. They are not displayed publicly or shown directly to Specialists.
WellPro uses the results within its matching system to recommend potentially compatible Specialists.
