Audience: Specialists

After you submit your Specialist application, WellPro reviews your professional information, documents, services, and public profile.

A complete application is normally reviewed within 2–3 business days.

What WellPro reviews

WellPro may review:

  1. Your identity and contact information
  2. Your business or practice information
  3. Your professional education and experience
  4. Your services and selected wellness modalities
  5. A valid license or certification for every modality listed
  6. Your Certificate of Insurance
  7. Your profile details, prices, locations, and booking information
  8. Your subscription and payment status

WellPro may also check credential information with an issuing or licensing organization.

When the review period begins

The normal 2–3-business-day review period begins after your application has been submitted with all required information and readable documents.

The review may take longer if:

  1. Information is missing or inconsistent.
  2. A document is blurry, incomplete, or expired.
  3. A credential cannot be verified.
  4. The Certificate of Insurance does not show active professional liability coverage.
  5. WellPro needs information from you or an issuing organization.

How to check for updates

WellPro may send application and document-review updates through:

  1. The email address connected to your account
  2. Notifications in your WellPro dashboard
  3. Status notices in Manage Expert Profile

Check your email inbox, spam folder, and WellPro notifications while your application is under review.

While your application is pending

You can sign in to your dashboard and review the information you submitted.

Your Specialist Tools may include:

  1. Manage Expert Profile: Review and update your profile, business information, services, documents, booking settings, and subscription.
  2. Content Management: Create and manage educational articles.
  3. Growth Hub: View analytics, appointments, earnings, and other performance information after your profile becomes active.

Your public Specialist profile is not visible to Seekers while the application is pending.

If your application is approved

WellPro sends an approval notification, and your completed Specialist profile becomes visible automatically.

Seekers can then:

  1. Find and view your public profile
  2. Review your services, prices, approach, testimonials, FAQs, benefits, and articles
  3. Save or share your profile
  4. Send you a message
  5. Use the booking option you enabled

After approval, open Manage Expert Profile and select View Public Profile to confirm that your information appears as expected.

If WellPro needs more information

Your application remains pending, and WellPro tells you what must be corrected or replaced.

You have 30 calendar days from the request to provide the missing or corrected information.

After you respond, WellPro continues the review. A new 2–3-business-day review period may begin when the corrected information is received.

If you do not respond within 30 days, WellPro closes your application and issues a full refund of your subscription charge.

If your application is declined

WellPro notifies you and issues a full refund of your subscription charge.

The time needed for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

If you have not received an update

Before contacting support:

  1. Check your email inbox and spam folder.
  2. Check the notification bell in your WellPro dashboard.
  3. Open Manage Expert Profile and look for an application or document notice.
  4. Confirm that the application was submitted.
  5. Confirm that the subscription payment was completed.

Contact WellPro support if your complete application has been under review for more than three business days without an update.
