What you may need to upload
You may be asked to upload:
- A professional license
- A certification
- Proof of professional liability insurance

How to upload documents
- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select Manage Expert Profile.
- Find the documents section.
- Upload the requested files.
- Check that the files are clear and correct.
- Select Save or Submit.
Tips before you upload
Make sure your document:
- Is easy to read
- Shows your name
- Shows the expiration date
- Is not blurry
- Is the correct file
What happens next
WellPro may review your documents.
You will receive an update when the review is complete.
If more information is needed, WellPro may ask you to upload a new file.
