Use Settings to update your profile, wellness goals, preferred services, booking context, and Wellness Map.


Open your settings


  1. Sign in to WellPro.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Choose the section you want to update.
  5. Make your changes and save them.


About you


You can update information such as your:


  1. Display name
  2. Profile photo
  3. Bio
  4. Location
  5. Age


Do not include medical records, private health information, or anything you do not want others to see in a public profile field.


Goals and preferred services


Select your current wellness goals and the services or modalities that interest you. WellPro may use this

information to personalize Specialist and article recommendations.


Update these selections when your interests or priorities change.


Booking context


You can save default information used when booking, such as:


  1. Your short-term focus
  2. Your readiness
  3. General notes for the booking


Review this information before each booking and remove anything that is no longer accurate.


Service preferences


You may be able to save preferences such as:


  1. Same-day booking
  2. Superbills
  3. Virtual services
  4. LGBTQ+ affirming practices
  5. Other practice features


These preferences are stored in your account but may not currently affect every search or recommendation.


Wellness Map


Complete or update your Wellness Map from Settings. Your Wellness Map results are private and are used by WellPro for matching.


Your public profile


Seeker profiles are public by default. Your public page may show your goals, preferred services, and WellPro activity.


Review your profile after making changes. Do not add sensitive information to your bio or other public fields.
