How to apply to become an Expert

You can apply to become a WellPro Specialist if you provide services in one or more of WellPro’s supported wellness modalities:

1. Massage therapy
2. Acupuncture
3. Fitness training
4. Nutrition
5. Yoga or meditation

Your application gives WellPro the information needed to review your professional background, services, credentials, insurance, and public profile.

What you need before applying

Have the following information ready:

1. Your personal and business contact information
2. Your business or practice name
3. Information about your training and professional experience
4. A valid license or certification for every modality you plan to list
5. A current Certificate of Insurance showing active professional liability coverage
6. Your services, prices, locations, and booking information
7. A profile photo and public profile details
8. A payment method for your Specialist subscriptio

WellPro does not require a fixed professional liability coverage amount. WellPro also does not need to be named as a certificate holder or additional insured. Your Certificate of Insurance must show that your professional liability coverage is active.

How to apply

1. Go to Register as an Expert.
2. Create or sign in to your WellPro account.
3. Enter your personal, business, and practice information.
4. Select every wellness modality you want to offer.
5. Add your education, training, licenses, and certifications.
6. Upload a valid credential for each selected modality.
7. Upload your current Certificate of Insurance.
8. Add your profile details, services, pricing, and booking information.
9. Choose a quarterly or annual Specialist subscription.
10. Enter your payment information.
11. Review your application for accuracy.
12. Submit the application.

Your subscription is charged during the application and begins immediately.

Before submitting

Check that:

1. Your name matches the name shown on your professional documents.
2. Every listed modality has a supporting license or certification.
3. Your credentials are current and readable.
4. Your Certificate of Insurance is current and shows professional liability coverage.
5. Your service descriptions and prices are accurate.
6. Your public profile information is ready to be viewed by Seekers.
7. Your email address is correct so you can receive application updates.

Blurry, expired, incomplete, or unrelated documents can delay the review.

What happens after you apply

WellPro normally reviews a complete application within 2–3 business days.

You will receive an email when:

1. Your application is approved.
2. WellPro needs more information.
3. A document must be replaced.
4. Your application is declined.

The review period may take longer if information is missing, a document cannot be read, or WellPro needs to verify information with an issuing organization.

If your application is approved

Your completed Specialist profile becomes visible automatically.

Seekers can then view your profile and use the messaging or booking options you enabled.

If WellPro needs more information

Your application remains pending. WellPro will tell you what needs to be corrected or replaced.

You have 30 calendar days to provide the requested information. The review can continue after the corrected information is received.

If you do not respond within 30 days, WellPro closes the application and issues a full refund of the subscription charge.

If your application is declined

WellPro will notify you by email and issue a full refund of the subscription charge.

The time needed for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
