Your public profile can include testimonials, Google reviews, FAQs, benefits, practice details, and an introduction video. These sections help Seekers understand your work before contacting or booking you.
Add testimonials
You can add up to three testimonials manually.
- Go to Manage Expert Profile.
- Open Testimonials.
- Add the client’s approved quote and requested details.
- Review the testimonial and save it.
Only publish testimonials you have permission to use. Do not edit a quote in a way that changes its meaning or include private health information without clear permission.
Import Google reviews
Use Import Reviews to connect your Google Business Profile and bring eligible reviews into WellPro.
Check that you are connecting the correct business profile. Imported reviews should remain consistent with the original Google reviews.
Add FAQs and benefits
Use FAQs to answer common questions about your services, approach, locations, and what clients can expect.
Benefits can explain why a Seeker may want to work with you. Keep the language accurate and avoid guarantees or claims outside your professional scope.
Update your practice details
Your practice details may include:
- Insurance acceptance
- Instant booking
- Virtual services
- Superbills
- Mobile services
- Practice and lifestyle information
Only select options that currently apply to your practice.
Add an introduction video
You can add a YouTube video link to introduce yourself and your approach.
Use a clear, professional video that does not share private client information or make unsupported health claims.
Review your changes
Saved changes publish immediately. Select View Public Profile to check how each section appears to Seekers.
