I got into fitness while trying to improve my own confidence and discipline. Training gave me structure and helped me believe in myself. Over time, I realized I wanted to help others feel that same sense of progress and self-trust. I’m still growing, but that’s exactly why I care so much about doing this right. I’m a personal trainer who genuinely loves helping people show up for themselves. I may be on the quieter side, but I’m serious about growth—yours and mine. I believe progress happens when we learn together, stay consistent, and respect the process
