1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using WellPro, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the platform.
2. Who We Are
WellPro is a service of Metasomaura LLC, New York, USA (“we,” “us,” “our”).
3. Who May Use WellPro
You must be 18 or older and legally able to form a binding contract.
Experts must hold valid licenses and insurance and complete verification.
4. Account Responsibilities
Keep your password confidential and update your information accurately. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
5. AI Tools and Content
Our AI tools generate suggestions to assist with marketing and branding. You retain ownership of all final content you create. By posting it, you grant WellPro a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and in marketing features (like Expert Spotlight).
6. Payments and Fees
All payments are processed by Stripe.
- Platform fee: 8% per completed booking + taxes.
- Experts receive payouts 2 days after sessions.
- Subscription fees (for experts) are billed monthly or annually automatically.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Seekers can cancel ≥ 48 hours before a session for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows = full charge.
- If an expert cancels, the seeker is fully refunded.
Stripe may take 3–5 days to process refunds.
8. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Misuse, hack, or reverse-engineer our services.
- Post false, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Collect data from other users without consent.
9. Messaging and Conduct
Keep communication professional and respectful. Avoid sharing personal health information through messages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
11. Disclaimers
WellPro is a platform connecting seekers and experts. We do not provide medical advice and are not liable for outcomes of services booked through the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metasomaura LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of WellPro.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York State, USA. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
