1. Overview
This EULA governs your use of WellPro’s software tools including the Visibility Engine, Brand Blueprint, Expert Spotlight Portal, and Messaging System. By using these tools, you agree to this EULA.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use WellPro for your own professional or personal wellness purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of WellPro’s software or AI systems.
4. AI Generated Content
AI content is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with your professional standards. WellPro is not liable for decisions based on AI outputs.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, designs, and code remain the property of Metasomaura LLC.
You retain ownership of the content you create using our tools and grant WellPro a license to display it on your profile or within the platform.
6. Updates and Availability
We may update features or temporarily suspend service for maintenance. We’ll notify users of significant changes in advance when possible.
7. Termination of License
We may revoke your license for breach of this agreement or violation of our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using WellPro and delete all copies of any related materials.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
WellPro is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
Metasomaura LLC is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use or inability to use the software.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under this EULA will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State, USA, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
