Sometimes a page, button, message, upload, or booking may not work as expected.
Many issues can be fixed with a few simple steps.
Try these steps first
If something is not working:
- Refresh the page.
- Check your internet connection.
- Log out and log back in.
- Try a different browser.
- Try using a computer if you are on a phone.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
If you cannot log in
Check that you are using the right email and password.
If you forgot your password, use the password reset option.
If a button or link is not working
Refresh the page and try again.
If it still does not work, try another browser or device.
If a photo or document will not upload
Check that the file is clear and not too large.
Try using a common file type, like JPG, PNG, or PDF.
If your booking is not showing
Go to My Sessions and refresh the page.
Make sure you are logged in with the same email you used to book.
If your message is not sending
Check your internet connection.
Refresh the page and try sending the message again.
