Specialists need an active WellPro subscription to keep their profile visible and use Specialist tools.
If you use WellPro booking, you will also need payout setup.
Specialist subscriptions
Your subscription helps keep your Specialist account active on WellPro.
It gives you access to tools like:
- Your public profile
- Manage Expert Profile
- Messaging
- Booking tools
- Content tools
- Growth Hub
If your subscription is not active, your profile will be hidden.
Platform fees
If you use WellPro booking, a platform fee will apply to paid sessions.
This fee helps support booking, payments, scheduling, and platform tools.
If you use external booking links, payments happen outside of WellPro.
Payouts
If clients pay through WellPro booking, payouts will be sent through Stripe Connect.
You will need to complete payout setup before you can receive paid bookings.
How to manage billing
- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select Manage Expert Profile.
- Go to Business Settings.
- Find the billing, subscription, or payout section.
- Follow the steps shown on the screen.
If your payment or payout has an issue
Check your billing and payout settings first.
If the issue continues, contact WellPro support.
