Sessions on WellPro may require payment when you book.
The price depends on the Specialist, service, and session length.
When you pay
If payment is required, you will pay during booking.
Before you confirm, review:
- The service name
- The Specialist
- The date and time
- The price
- The session details
Only confirm when everything looks right.
If your payment works
After payment, your session should be confirmed.
You can find the session in My Sessions.
If your payment does not work
If payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed.
You can try again with another payment method.
If the problem continues, contact WellPro support.
How refunds work
Refunds may depend on:
- When the session was canceled
- Who canceled the session
- The booking rules
- The payment status
If a refund is approved, it may take several business days to show on your payment method.
Where to check payment details
You will be able to see payment status in My Sessions.
