You can use messages to talk with a Specialist or Seeker on WellPro.


Messages are helpful for simple questions before or after booking.


How to start a conversation


Seekers can start a conversation from a Specialist profile.


  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Search for a Specialist.
  3. Open the Specialist’s profile.
  4. Select the message or contact button.
  5. Write your message.
  6. Send it.


How to reply to a message


  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Open the conversation.
  5. Write your reply.
  6. Send it.


Tips for clear messages


Try to keep your message short and helpful.


You can include:


  1. The service you are asking about
  2. Your scheduling question
  3. What you need help understanding
  4. Any simple detail that helps the other person reply


If you cannot send a message


Check that you are logged in.


If the message still does not send, refresh the page and try again.
