How to start a conversation
Seekers can start a conversation from a Specialist profile.
- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Search for a Specialist.
- Open the Specialist’s profile.
- Select the message or contact button.
- Write your message.
- Send it.
How to reply to a message
- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select Messages.
- Open the conversation.
- Write your reply.
- Send it.
Tips for clear messages
Try to keep your message short and helpful.
You can include:
- The service you are asking about
- Your scheduling question
- What you need help understanding
- Any simple detail that helps the other person reply
If you cannot send a message
Check that you are logged in.
If the message still does not send, refresh the page and try again.
