Where to find messages


  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Open the new conversation.
  5. Read the message.
  6. Write your reply.
  7. Send it.


You may also be able to open messages from an appointment or client detail page.


What to include in your reply


Try to keep your reply warm and clear.


You can include:


  1. A short answer to their question
  2. The service that may fit best
  3. What they can expect from working with you
  4. Any next step, like booking or asking another question


Keep it simple


Seekers may be comparing options.


A helpful reply can make your approach easier to understand.


Avoid long answers unless the Seeker asks for more detail.


What not to share


Do not ask for private health details in messages.


Do not give emergency support through WellPro messages.


If someone needs urgent help, they should contact local emergency services.
