You can report a conversation if something feels unsafe, harmful, or not respectful.


WellPro reviews reports to help keep the platform trusted.


When to report a conversation


You may want to report a conversation if someone:


  1. Sends harmful or abusive messages
  2. Pressures you in a way that feels wrong
  3. Shares spam or scams
  4. Uses disrespectful language
  5. Makes you feel unsafe
  6. Breaks WellPro rules


How to report a conversation


  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Open the conversation.
  5. Click the 3 dots at the top right corner of the messenger.
  6. Click Report or Block and look for the report option.
  7. Follow the steps on the screen.
  8. Submit the report.


What happens next


WellPro will review the conversation and take action if needed.


You will not receive every detail about the review, but your report helps WellPro protect the community.


If there is an emergency


Do not use WellPro messages for emergencies.
