- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select Messages.
- Choose the conversation you want to open.
Who can send messages?
Seekers can message Specialists from a Specialist profile or session.
Specialists can reply to Seekers from their messages or appointment details.
What to keep in mind
Keep messages clear and respectful.
Do not use messages for emergencies.
Do not share private health details.
