Messages help Seekers and Specialists talk before a session.


You can use messages to ask questions, share simple details, or follow up about a booking.


What messages are for


Messages can help with:


  1. Asking about a service
  2. Checking if a Specialist may be a good fit
  3. Talking about a booked session
  4. Asking simple follow-up questions
  5. Sharing updates about scheduling


Where to find messages


  1. Log in to your WellPro account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Choose the conversation you want to open.


Who can send messages?


Seekers can message Specialists from a Specialist profile or session.


Specialists can reply to Seekers from their messages or appointment details.


What to keep in mind


Keep messages clear and respectful.


Do not use messages for emergencies.


Do not share private health details.
