Your Specialist profile may not show on WellPro right away.
This can happen when your account, profile, or documents still need attention.
Common reasons
Your profile may not be visible if:
- Your application is still being reviewed
- Your profile is missing key details
- Your services are not complete
- Your license or insurance documents are missing
- Your documents are expired
- Your subscription is not active
- Your account has been deactivated
What to check first
Log in to your WellPro account.
Go to your dashboard and select Manage Expert Profile.
Check that:
- Your basic profile details are complete
- Your services and pricing are added
- Your documents are uploaded
- Your booking options are set
- Your account status is active
If your documents are being reviewed
Your profile may stay hidden until review is complete.
Review time is usually 2-3 business days.
You will receive an update by email when your review is complete.
If your profile is still not visible
Contact WellPro support for help.
Include the email on your account and a short note about what you are seeing.
