It can include your photo, summary, services, testimonials, FAQs, articles, and booking options.
Why preview your profile?
Previewing your profile helps you see what Seekers will see.
This can help you find missing details or unclear sections before someone contacts you.
How to preview your public profile
- Log in to your WellPro account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select Manage Expert Profile.
- Look for the option to View Expert Profile at the bottom left corner of the page.
- Open your profile and review each section.
How to update your profile
- Go back to Manage Expert Profile.
- Choose the section you want to update.
- Make your changes.
- Select Save.
- Preview your profile again.
What to check
Before sharing your profile, check that:
- Your name and title are correct
- Your photo is clear
- Your summary is easy to understand
- Your services and prices are correct
- Your booking or contact options work
- Your testimonials and FAQs look right
If your profile is not visible
Your profile may need more information, document review, or an active account status before it can be shown publicly.
