- Account details: Name, email, password.
- Profile data: Photos, bios, specialties, city, services, reviews.
- Verification documents: Professional licenses and insurance (for experts only).
- Messages and activity: Two-way messaging content and usage logs.
- Payments: Processed by Stripe (we never store full card details).
- Analytics: Device type, browser, IP address for performance and security.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and maintain accounts.
- To verify expert credentials (24–48 hrs).
- To match seekers and experts based on goals and filters.
- To generate AI-assisted content via our Visibility Engine and Brand Blueprint.
- To process payments and payouts through Stripe.
- To communicate about bookings, updates, and support.
- To improve platform security and performance.
4. AI Content Tools
Our AI tools generate suggestions only. Experts are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated text or images before publishing. WellPro does not guarantee accuracy and is not liable for the use of AI-generated content.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud storage, email providers). We do not sell user data to anyone.
6. Public vs. Private Information
- Public: Name, title, city, profile photo, bio, services, and any articles or posts you publish.
- Private: Contact details, messages, payment info, and uploaded credentials (accessible only to WellPro’s verification team).
7. Data Storage & Retention
All data is stored securely on U.S. servers. If you delete your account, personal data, messages, and uploads are permanently erased within 5–7 business days.
8. HIPAA Readiness
WellPro is not currently HIPAA-compliant, but we follow strong privacy and encryption practices and plan to align with HIPAA standards in future versions.
9. Your Rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete your data anytime by contacting support@wellpro.io.
10. Security Monitoring
We monitor for failed logins, spam, and unusual activity and may lock accounts to protect users.

WellPro is for adults 18+ only.
